Please ensure you provide your full and correct shipping address. Āe Botanicals is not responsible for orders that are lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Should an incorrect address be supplied, we are not obliged to resend the order at our expense.

For international purchases, customers are responsible for any taxes, customs charges, duties, or import restrictions that vary by country. Āe Botanicals is not responsible for these charges.

We endeavour to dispatch most orders within 48 hours of payment. Orders are not processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.

Domestic shipping within New Zealand starts from $10 per order (depending on dimensions and weight) unless otherwise stated. All domestic items are sent via NZ Post or trusted courier services, ensuring prompt and safe delivery to your home, work, or nominated address.

International shipping is calculated based on the weight of your order and your geographic location. International orders are sent via NZ Post, with an estimated delivery of 10–14 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs processing, and time of year. Delivery to areas outside major cities or where items are dutiable may take longer.
